Shipping Policy

We now offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as an option for payment in your local currency “PKR”.

While placing your order, choose ‘Cash on Delivery’ as your preferred payment method. Print your order confirmation until you receive your order.

Please note:

Cash on Delivery is available on every product delivered by Organi Soul.
All Orders Placed After 4 P.M Will Be Delivered The Next Day.
A 150 PKR charge will be applied for Cash on Delivery (COD) payment mode.
Order above amount 3000 PKR can avail free shipping within Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Sialkot Gujranwala & Sargodha only. Free shipping doesn't comply on orders out of city.
Free Delivery is available within a limited radius/location/area's.
For out-of-city orders Flat PKR 200 delivery/shipment will be charged only if product weight is within 10KG. Above 10 KG additional PKR 50 will be charged on every additional KG.
Delivery of out of city order will take place in 3 to 5 working days.
We don't allow/process bulk buying online as per company "SOPS".
Upon delivery, the carrier will collect the due amount for the order total, including handling fees.
Payment for COD will only be accepted in the local currency (PKR).
Payments through COD, refunds and exchanges can be from Facebook and Instagram inbox.
We do not offer refund however in special cases we offer online store credit for the amount spent minus delivery charges.
We reserve the right to suspend, hold or cancel an order if we deem necessary
